For over 20 years the service department at Kathy’s Scuba has been committed to quality work done in a time sensitive manner. We provide this service by keeping up-to-date in equipment training and certifications, acquiring the latest in test and repair equipment to service your life support equipment and an extensive inventory of repair parts.

Our experience can help you with minor equipment modifications to suit your personal requirements, scheduled equipment servicing or major repairs.

We are an authorized service and warranty support facility for Aqualung, Seaquest, Sherwood, US Divers, Underwater Kinetics and TUSA. We can provide service and warranty work for all other major brands of dive equipment through our contacts with authorized repair vendors or the factory. Unfortunately if you purchased your equipment mail order in almost all cases you do not have a warranty. The reason for this is that in many cases the equipment is considered life support and the manufacturer requires that an authorized facility perform the final assembly and testing of the product.

• Timely Work - In most cases repairs and service are completed within two weeks. Expedited service is also available.
• Regulator/Bc Servicing – Annual inspections are often required to maintain your factory warranty.
• Air Fills – Our air is tested 4 times a year.
• Gas Blending – We are PADI certified gas blenders and can offer custom mixes.
• Nitrox Service & Cleaning – Nitrox use requires special service procedures and parts. We can also perform service to O2 handing requirements.
• Wetsuit Reparis & Alterations – In many cases divers replace damaged neoprene goods rather than repair it. Tears, rips and broken zippers are not a problem.
• Tank Maintenance – We provide hydrostatic testing which is required every 5 years. Visual inspection is required yearly and can usually be done while you wait an additional 10 minutes. For aluminum tanks we use the Visual Plus NDT system.
• Vision Correction – Your individual prescription can be put in any mask. If you already have a prescription in your mask it can be changed. If you can’t see, why go?
• Broken? Don't throw it Away – Call and ask us first. About the only thing we cannot fix is loosing it. Lose your dive knife but still have the sheath. Usually the knife is available without the sheath as a repair item. Get the idea?
